<strong>FUSIONE DEI COMUNI: UNA SCELTA CHE GUARDA AL FUTURO</strong><br> </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">La legge di Stabilità 2016 prevede la stabilizzazione degli stanziamenti per incentivare le unioni e le fusioni dei Comuni, raddoppiando la misura dell’incentivo previsto per le fusioni che aumenta dal 20% al 40, sbloccando il turn-over per i Comuni istituiti a seguito di fusione e per le unioni dei comuni<br> Oltre a garantire maggiori risorse agli enti e, di conseguenza, il potenziamento e il miglioramento dei servizi ai cittadini, le fusioni semplificano il quadro amministrativo del territorio, aumentando le dimensioni, l’importanza, l’attrattività e la capacità di investimento dei Comuni.<br> In Emilia-Romagna le ultime fusioni daranno vita a 4 nuovi Comuni al posto di 10 precedenti: Ventasso, Alto Reno Terme, Montescudo-Monte Colombo e Polesine Zibello. Inoltre sono diversi i nuovi percorsi di fusione che avranno corso nel 2016: in provincia di Piacenza l’iter è avviato per Borgonovo Val Tidone e Ziano Piacentino e hanno già formalmente inviato nuove istanze di fusione alla Regione: Fontanelice, Casalfiumanese e Borgo Tossignano nel bolognese; Mondaino, Saludecio e Montegridolfo in provincia di Rimini; Mirabello e Sant’Agostino nel ferrarese e, ancora in provincia di Piacenza, Bettola, Farini e Ferriere, da un lato, e Vigolzone e Ponte dell’Olio, dall’altro. Infine, nei giorni scorsi hanno votato a favore della fusione i Consigli comunali di Sant’Ilario, Gattatico e Campegine nel reggiano.<br> Credo che anche le nostre amministrazioni locali potrebbero Matteo Renzi sul referendum che potrebbe bloccare le estrazioni di gas e petrolio off-shore in corso, producendo un effetto drammatico sull’occupazione. Penso che l’approccio dei promotori sia pericoloso perché ideologico e puntato a paventare pericoli per l’ambiente che non hanno riscontri scientifici.
